After 17 years, I have increased my rates (includes gratuity, no tipping required), since the majority of my clientele have multiple marginalizing intersections, whom I see on a steep discount (including reparations). To sustain this ethical business model, these are my rates for new and returning clients.

If you are a regular client of mine, we have likely discussed how the fees you pay make it accessible for us to work together frequently. Having years-long relationships with you is incredibly important to me.

I have previously extended the sliding-scale option to everyone; however, I can only provide this to BIPOC individuals going forward. If you are a white person who currently sees me on a sliding scale, we can continue unless you’re in a different financial position. I do not have as many hours in a day as I have requests for appointments and must prioritize.

With the 2025 administration, having my services accessible to marginalized folks is necessary. I thank you for helping make that possible.

This is a healing space for marginalized, queer, trans, and gender non-conforming folks, especially. I understand the importance of being safe and respected in a bodywork setting. I am dedicated to creating a safe space for people of all body types, presentations, disabilities, genders, races, religions, and sexualities to find comfort and healing. I come with a liberatory harm reduction philosophy. My approach to every person is intentional and carefully sculpted to your needs.

I mask during sessions and in my daily life, have an air purifier, and take antigen tests frequently. It is appreciated if you mask, but it is not a requirement. Please let me know if you have any special needs regarding this.

Add 30 minutes to any session to allow us time to check in beforehand and decompress afterward. My sessions are unrushed.

If you are a new client, I require initial correspondence via email before our session; however, you can book online before communicating with me. After booking online, I will contact you via email with my intake form within 48 hours. If you do not hear from me, which is exceptionally rare, please reach out by text or email, as it is possible your appointment was not seen.

My studies with acclaimed teachers throughout the US and Thailand have helped me blend Eastern and Western practices.
Together, we create a custom therapy to find relief from muscle tension and injury, stored emotions, and whatever your goals may be.
I aim to understand your unique needs so that you feel empowered and experience an improved quality of life, both on and off the table.
